Taurean follows Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices throughout the lifecycle of our IT projects, allowing Taurean to establish a baseline to plan, implement, and measure. ITIL describes processes, procedures, tasks, and checklists which are neither organization nor technology-specific but can be applied by an organization toward strategy, delivering value, and maintaining a minimum level of competency. ITIL is used to demonstrate compliance and to measure improvement.
